Derma-Akut therefore represents a comprehensive and targeted combination of vital substances to support skin and fur during acute phases.

Special properties of Derma-Akut:

• specially tailored to provide nutritional support for the increased vital substance requirements of skin and fur
• enriched with essential amino acids for optimal skin function
• with linseed oil and evening primrose oil to specifically improve the supply of omega-3 fatty acids
• with brewer's yeast, B vitamins and lecithin to support the intestines and liver
• with the extra plus of the skin-supporting trace elements zinc, copper, manganese and selenium
• with a special complex of organically and inorganically bound trace elements for optimal bioavailability
• Enriched with the natural vital substance sources diatomaceous earth, sea algae and rose hips

To provide nutritional support for recurring skin and coat problems, we recommend the combination of Vital Flakes Mix, Derma-Mineral and Derma-Akut:

Basic feed:

Hay approx. 1.5 to 2 kg per 100 kg body weight

Feeding recommendation:

Large horses: 50 g per day
Small horses: 30 to 40 g per day
Ponies: 20 - 30 g per day

During increased needs (e.g. coat change) we recommend choosing the dosage for 6 to 12 weeks as follows:

Large horses: up to 100 g per day
Small horses: up to 80 g per day
Ponies: up to 60 g per day
