Milk thistle oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids and antioxidants. The seeds of milk thistle (Silybum marianum) contain the active ingredients silymarin and silbinin, which reliably protect the cell from poisons. These valuable seeds also contain flavoids, which are used for their antitoxic, antioxidant and regenerative effects on liver cells. Additional support for the organism with milk thistle oil is recommended, especially during shedding.
Feeding recommendation:
Large horses: 30 to 60 ml daily
Small horses, ponies: 15 to 25 ml daily
Only feed milk thistle as a treatment. Please note the national and international doping regulations.
